Wheatgrass is a powerful hemostatic agent i.e. it helps stop bleeding in open wounds, deep-seated bleeding in muscles and in the nasal passages.

For a blood nose, apply a small amount of wheatgrass cream inside the bleeding nostril with a cotton bud/Q-tip, then hold the front of the nose with finger and thumb for a few minutes while breathing through the mouth.

Note: If the bleeding persists or recurs you should see your doctor.
