How different is this *fermented* wheat *germ* product and Dr Wheatgrass products? The Avemar wheatgerm product is derived from the wheat seed. The wheatgrass extract I use is produced from the young wheatgrass sprout prior to the jointing phase which
occurs just before the seed begins to develop. Dr. Chris Reynolds.
