Password reset for existing customers

Dear Customer.

Please note that we have changed our Shopping Platform. If you have created your account before 13th August 2019, please first reset your password by taking the following steps to access your account or place an order:

  1. Go to “Lost Password” page
  2. Enter your email address (this must be the same as your previous address, otherwise, please establish a new account).
  3. Click on “Reset Password”
  4. Follow instructions from email sent to you to reset your Password
